Foundations

Six foundations, one system. Every OSMOS engagement is fixed-fee, built around the moment you are in, and delivered by one team in 8 to 16 weeks. Strategy, identity, and the digital flagship are always designed together; what changes is the moment they are built for. Launch, Reposition, Category Creation, US Market Entry, Raise-Ready, and Scale-Up System: find yours below.

startup go to market strategy

01. Launch

Coming out of stealth or going to market for the first time. Positioning, identity, and the launch site as one system, so the first impression is the right one. We lock the category, the audience, and the enemy before anything is designed, then build the identity and the flagship in parallel so the brand launches with the site that proves it. The go-to-market is sequenced around the launch date, and the AI Legibility Audit runs first so the machines learn the right story from day one.

02. Reposition

The company outgrew the brand. The product became a platform, the customer changed, or the market moved, and the site still describes who you were two years ago. We redefine the position and rebuild the system around where you are going, often without changing the name or the mark. Messaging architecture, identity refinement, and a new flagship that carries the company from startup to scale-up. Buyers, investors, press, and AI engines all get the same updated answer at the same time.

03. Category Creation

You are not competing in a category, you are naming one. Narrative, identity, and web built to define the space and make you the obvious leader in it.

Category creation is a language problem before it is a design problem. We name the category, define what belongs in it and what does not, and build the story of why it is inevitable. The identity and the flagship are designed to teach the category as well as sell the product, and the GEO foundations are built so that when someone asks an AI engine about the new space, your definition is the one it repeats.

04. US Market Entry

You lead your home market and need to win this one. We rebuild the positioning, narrative, and flagship for American buyers: a translation of position, not of language. What made you credible at home is rarely what makes you credible here, so we start with discovery on how US buyers, investors, and press evaluate your category, then rebuild the story and the system for that audience from New York.

US Market Entry covers:

Positioning for US buyers

Category, proof, and comparison set rebuilt against the alternatives a US buyer already knows.

Narrative and identity adaptation

Messaging, tone, and visual system adjusted so the brand reads as a peer here, not an import.

US flagship and GEO

A flagship built for the US audience, with SEO and GEO foundations so American search and AI engines find and recommend you.

Run from OSMOS in New York, with a team that has taken companies from Europe, Asia, and Canada into the American market.

05. Raise-Ready

A brand built for the raise. The story, the system, and the site that make the round easier to close. Investors form an opinion of a company in the first minutes on its website, and they check what AI engines say about it before the first meeting. We sharpen the positioning into an investor narrative, build a flagship that carries traction and proof, and align the deck, the site, and the founder's language so every touchpoint tells the same story. Built on a timeline that respects the fundraise calendar, not the other way around.

06. Scale-Up System

Consistency at speed. The systems, guidelines, and stewardship that let your team run the brand without us. As the company grows, the brand has to survive new hires, new markets, new products, and a marketing team that ships weekly. We build the identity system, the component library, the CMS, and the templates that keep every surface consistent without a committee, then stay on as stewards so the brand evolves with the product instead of freezing at launch. Whichever moment you are in, it starts with a conversation about where the company is going.
